I was born on... A typical Autumnal day in October
In... Paddington, London
I now i live in... Paddington, London!
I live here because… I love it here, it's so easy to get around and see people.
I would most like to live in... A cottage by the sea one day maybe!
On a typical day off you'll find me... Playing frisbee with my dog Hector in Hyde Park and catching up on paper work.
I'm surrounded by... Mess, paper work and dog toys! (I wish I was more tidy).
My absolute hero is… Wonder Woman and my mum, she is a true hero.
my favourite colour is… Silver
I make myself laugh when... I roll blueberries along the ground for my dog to chase.. It's a fun game for us both.
The way I see things... I try to be positive, I think we are meant to have fun and enjoy life.
I absolutely adore… Chanel and Chloe designs, Japanese food and beach holidays.
I most admire... Currently Elizabeth Humble - two consecutive year award winner jewellery designer/maker. Her work is amazing and she is utterly lovely.
If only I could have more... Sleep time and sunlight
I'm afraid of... Heights, failure, losing my passport on the way to the airport.
It's not cool but... Abba IS cool :)
My toolkit has... Been with me since day one of silversmithing college and has everything I need to make gorgeous jewellery!
I am influenced by... Swedish designs, I love the simple, modern and fresh look.
I'm currently working on... My Lost Lace collection.
if i was to describe my work i would say... It is absolutely eclectic, no two collections are the same. However it is all beautiful and very wearable.
If i could have any other skill it would be... To ballet dance! I'd love that so much.
I took the leap when… I was 29 and the big three zero was looming.
What makes my work special is… It is totally unique, no one makes exactly the same pieces. It makes me happy.
My biggest challenge has been… the highs and lows - I am often excited and then disappointed about a potential photo shoot that might not go ahead for some reason.. And becoming confident enough to talk about my work.
The most rewarding time was when... i was accepted by New Designers, One Year On. I literally cried with happiness!
What is exciting about who/what i am working with now is… I am doing something I've not seen done before to such an extent with the casting process.
My greatest aspirations/ambitions are to... Be happy, be healthy and make my mum proud of me!
And Finally… Nothing ventured, nothing gained :)
